Next generation development management.

About Frame

Our cities frame our culture, business, education and identity. Our homes frame our lives.

Frame [re] is a next generation development partnership; we work with institutions, landowners and investors to help them realise the highest value from their properties - both to the owners and to society.

We try to push the boundaries in everything we do - from the use of AI in design to how we share information, find ways to reduce carbon, quantify social impact or re-think conventional tenures and business models.

And when we succeed in creating something truly innovative – as we have done several times - we share our knowledge so that more can benefit.

Why Work With Us?

Between us we have delivered and managed some of London and New York’s most significant developments. We know how to create places that, at their best, are colourful, imaginative and wonderfully welcoming.

Our Knowledge and Experience.

We have extensive expertise in the residential sector, from investment to design and operation.

A Creative Approach.

We are a creative team that thinks laterally. We work creatively to solve problems and realise the best results and place value on transparency and collaboration.

A Balanced View.

We are committed to compassionate capitalism, and understand that excellent urban development must balance financial and social outcomes.

The Way we Work.

Our compensation structure is always aligned with a project's success. We think like investors and operators. Rather than focusing solely on design, our approach always takes into account the wider investment strategy.
